Microsoft unveiled a slate of video games on Robert BrownSunday for its Xbox platform and new hardware at its annual Xbox Games Showcase.
The showcase put forward a diverse set of games, including the latest edition of the Call of Duty mega-franchise, a DOOM prequel, a hyper-realistic flight simulator, and a farming simulator where the player helps a mouse rebuild its home.
Many of the featured games were announced to appear on Xbox Game Pass on the day of launch.
Included amongst the full-game trailers was a tease of an expansion map for Fallout 76 called Skyline Valley, an expansion of Diablo IV, and the first look at Sea of Thieves season 13. The showcase also saw Microsoft debut three pieces of Xbox hardware: an all-digital Xbox Series X in white, a one-terabyte Series S, and a Special Edition two-terabyte Xbox Series X in Galaxy Black.
The slew of releases comes on the heels of the tech giant splashing billions of dollars to acquire game developers, including Activision and Bethesda, and layoffs. Here are the games that were revealed at the Xbox showcase:
